Button area's on the frontpage which isn't linkable

I noticed that the 2 buttons on the frontpage isn't linkable to the far right:

  • My Favorites (x)
  • @username Mentions (x)

The area which isn't linkable on the buttons is "(x)" on the My Favorites button and "(1 new)" if you receive a mention or.

I took myself in clicking on those area's a couple of times until i found out that they were not linking.

(Only tested in Safari. Might work in other browsers)

errata corrige: doesn't work in chrome
so probably is Webkit related

sorry guys, I was clicking on the brackets and that actually works.
but clicking precisely on the numbers doesn't really work in any browser.

Same problem where (X) isn't linkable. This should be fixed, especially the Reply (X) button in my other ticket.

Okay so now reply buttons are fixed but this one isn't.
Still applicable across all browsers (Chrome, IE8, FF).
Attached a new image to be clear.
