My name displayed when viewing profile updates on someone elses Activity display

Description

When logged in and viewing someone else's profile, the Activity stream displays my logged in name on what I assume is their profile update messages. See screenshot attached.

This was due to a bug in approving comments in the moderation queue. This is now fixed.
